Make It Kount Kettlebell Training, led by RKC instructor Drew Vercellino, is a personal/group training business dedicated to developing efficient and effect exercise programs for all its clients. We create an individualized plan of action for personal training clients by first assessing movement to find inefficiencies in movement patterns that can lead to injury and/or ineffective workouts. We then educate and motivate our clients to train smart for optimal results. In group training classes we cater to the need of a more widespread variety of people. We incorporate strength, cardio, flexibility, and corrective exercises in most group classes.
